Aluminum foil heater is using the heating coil which placed between two pieces of aluminum foil or hot melt on a single aluminum foil to heat. The heater is attached with a self-adhesive bottom, which is convenient and can be simply installed on the surfaces to maintain the temperature. Aluminum foil heater is made according to customers’ needs, the size is therefore able to adapt to a variety of space, when used for refrigerator and freezer, it is mainly used to defrost.

Feature

Installation Instructions
1.Unplug the refrigerator from Electrical outlet.
2.Remove Screws holding control box to cabinet.
3.Unplug the Molex connector.
4.Remove Screws
5.Bend the heater into a U shape.
6.Peel off the paper backing of heater.
7.Align heater holes with defrost timer mounting pegs. Place heater against control box and press down over full surface of heater.
8.Set defrost timer back into position and screw in place.
9.Unplug two leads from cold control(Orange and Black wires).
10.Plug Orange Lead to Orange Heater Lead, then back onto cold control.
11.Plug Black Lead to Black Heater Lead, then back onto cold control.
12.Reinstall cold control box by first plugging in Molex connector.
13.Screw Control Box back into refrigerator cabinet using four screws you removed earlier.
14.Plug refrigerator into electrical outlet.
