Air conditioning sensor is also known as the temperature sensor, the main role in air conditioning is used to detect the temperature of each part of the air conditioning, the number of air conditioning sensor in the air conditioning has many more than one, and is distributed in the various important parts of the air conditioning.
The schematic diagram of air conditioning is shown in Figure 1. In order to realize intelligent control, many sensors are used, especially the temperature and humidity sensors. Main installation position of temperature sensor:
(1) Installed under the indoor hanging machine filter screen, used to detect whether the indoor ambient temperature reaches the set value;
(2) Installed on the indoor evaporator pipeline to measure the evaporation temperature of the refrigeration system;
(3) Installed in the indoor unit air outlet, used for outdoor unit defrost control;
(4) Installed on the outdoor radiator, used to detect the outdoor environment temperature;
(5) Installed on the outdoor radiator, used to detect the temperature of the pipe in the room;
(6)Installed on the outdoor compressor exhaust pipe, used to detect the compressor exhaust pipe temperature;
(7)Installed near the compressor liquid storage tank, used to detect the liquid return pipe temperature. Main installation position of humidity sensor: A humidity sensor is installed in the air duct to detect the air humidity.
Temperature sensor is an important component in air conditioning system. Its role is to detect the air in the air conditioning room, control and adjust the normal operation of the air conditioning. In order to automatically adjust the temperature of the room, the high and low air conditioning system must be equipped with temperature sensors. There are many kinds of temperature sensors, but there are mainly two kinds used in household air conditioning systems: thermistor (electronic thermostat) and thermal expansion temperature sensor (bellows thermostat, diaphragm box thermostat referred to as mechanical thermostat). At present, thermistor temperature sensor is widely used, and mechanical temperature controller is generally used in single cooling air conditioning. According to the measurement method, it can be divided into contact type and non-contact type, and according to the characteristics of sensor materials and electronic components, it can be divided into thermal resistance and thermocouple. The main functions and functions of air conditioning temperature sensor are as follows:
1. Indoor environment temperature sensor: indoor environment temperature sensor is usually installed in the air outlet of the indoor unit heat exchanger, its role is mainly three:
(1)The temperature of the room is detected during refrigeration or heating, and the operation time of the compressor is controlled.
(2) Control the working state under automatic operation mode;
(3)To control the speed of the fan in the room.
2. Indoor coil temperature sensor: indoor coil temperature sensor with metal shell, installed on the surface of the indoor heat exchanger, its main role has four:
(1)The risk control system for cold prevention in winter heating.
⑵ Used for anti-freezing protection in summer refrigeration.
(3) It is used to control the indoor wind speed.
(4) Cooperate with the chip to realize the fault.
(5) Control the frosting of outdoor unit during heating.
3. Outdoor environment temperature sensor: outdoor environment temperature sensor through the plastic frame installed on the outdoor heat exchanger, its main role has two:
(1) To detect the outdoor environment temperature during refrigeration or heating;
(2)The second is to control the speed of outdoor fan.
4. Outdoor coil temperature sensor: outdoor coil temperature sensor with metal shell, installed on the surface of the outdoor heat exchanger, its main role has three:
(1) Anti-overheating protection during refrigeration;
(2) Anti-freezing protection during heating;
(3) Control the temperature of the heat exchanger during defrosting.
5. Compressor exhaust temperature sensor: compressor exhaust temperature sensor is also made of metal shell, it is installed on the compressor exhaust pipe, its main role has two:
(1) By detecting the temperature of compressor exhaust pipe, control the opening degree of expansion valve compressor speed;
(2) Used for exhaust pipe overheating protection.
Tips, usually manufacturers according to the air conditioning indoor microcomputer control motherboard parameters to determine the resistance value of the temperature sensor is, generally when the resistance value decreases with the temperature increases, increases with the temperature decreases.
