Working Princple
Bimetal Thermostats use two different kinds of metal to regulate the temperature setting. When one of the metals expands more quickly than the other, it creates a round arc, like a rainbow. As the temperature changes, the metals continue to react differently, operating the thermostat. This opens or closes the contact opener, turning the electricity on or off as needed. Accuracy and efficiency are important for bimetal thermostats.

Testing Process
Test method of action temperature: install the product on the test board, put it in the incubator, first set the temperature at -1°C, when the temperature of the incubator reaches - 1°C, keep it for 3 minutes, and then cool down by 1°C every 2 minutes and test the recovery temperature of the single product. At this time, the current through the terminal is below 100mA. When the product is turned on, set the temperature of the incubator at 2°C. When the temperature of the incubator reaches 2 ° C, keep it for 3 minutes, and then increase the temperature by 1°C every 2 minutes to test the disconnection temperature of the product.
